1. General Terms

Welcome to OK365. By accessing or using any part of this platform — whether through our website or the OK365 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and OK365.

OK365 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on OK365, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws.
• You are registering for yourself — not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of OK365 or its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from OK365.

Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate or multi-accounting — regardless of the reason — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance pending investigation.

During registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. OK365 may request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity (KYC process), including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may restrict your ability to deposit, play, or withdraw.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

OK365 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We support Philippine online/mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya as payment options, subject to availability and current platform settings.

All payment methods must be in your own name and linked to your verified OK365 account. You may not use third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or payment channels that do not belong to you to fund your account or receive withdrawals.

Deposits

Deposits are generally processed in real time, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment channel. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may change from time to time. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may require additional documentation before processing. OK365 may withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from suspected abuse at its sole discretion.

• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• Free spins and bonus credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed in any other way outside the promotion's stated conditions.
• OK365 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute, OK365's determination regarding the application of bonus terms is final.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on OK365 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker — are operated with certified random number generators (RNG) or live environments governed by their respective providers' standards. Return-to-player (RTP) rates and game-specific rules are available within each game or its help section.

You agree to use the platform for personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Encouraging or facilitating minors (persons under 21) to register or play.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

OK365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• The account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account review or closure.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in line with our dormancy policy.

Where possible and where it does not compromise an investigation, OK365 will attempt to notify the account holder prior to suspension. In cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice.

Upon voluntary closure of an account, any verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to the account holder through the payment method on file, subject to standard verification procedures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the OK365 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface designs, text, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of OK365 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from OK365.

11. Limitation of Liability

OK365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure a reliable gaming experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OK365 shall not be liable for:
